Personal growth can only be measured by comparing you to yourself. If at first you don't succeed, try try again... not necessarily right away. All of us back here at the restaurant are wondering how in the first few days you were able to only make it 1 or 2 miles and then after a few days you were able to do 40+ miles in one day.
