I forget

I forget. I forget what it was like. Before. Before all this. What life was like. How it felt. I remember living before now. And I remember the after. But the feelings. I forget the feeling of before. Now I’m starting to forget the feeling of after. Sometimes I wonder if it really happened at all. Sometimes I wonder if this is just all an illusion. I’m not sure what is real and what is just my imagination. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe it didn’t happen. Maybe none of this is happening. Maybe I’m just. Maybe I’m just. Maybe I’m just…dreaming. And I’ll wake up. I’ll wake up and I’ll be years younger and none of this would have happened. Just a dream.

I remember while riding my bicycle one day I came across golden corn stalks. Golden corn stalks covered by thousands of black birds. Literally thousands of black birds. It looked like golden corn stalks with black tops. The black birds took sudden flight and the sound of flapping wings filled the air. It went on and on. Never stopping. Surely the black birds would run out…but they kept flying and flying. Never ending. I remember that.

But I don’t remember before. It’s all just an old photograph now.

Peace, Love and Light-

P.S. This one time I wanted to buy an extension cord. So I drove to the Kmart in Palmer, even though I believe it’s technically Monson, to buy and extension cord. Went to the back of the store and found the perfect extension cord that I was looking for. I walked back towards the front of the store to the cash registers, however as I passed the book shelf I stopped to look at the books. Saw the book “Battlefield of the Mind” and realized that the only reason I wanted an extension cord was to lead me to this book. So I brought the extension cord back to where I found it and bought the book instead.

That experience led me to conclude that our dreamed intentions in action lead us to where we are supposed to be, regardless of where we originally intended on being.

P.S. #2 Joke of the Day

Why are bananas so popular? Because they have a peal.

P.S. #3 I like riddles. Please leave comments with riddles that we can share with others. Thank you. Thank you. And thank you.
